Funny how some things are so comforting yet so offensive.
Take the toilet bowl for example.
In the worst of times, you seek it for comfort,
At the best of nights, it's there with you in your arms' embrace, sharing the moment.
And sometimes, you just want to be alone with it, and succumb to the silence (or lack of).
Would you be offended if I told you that you are my toilet bowl? :$

Goggles
However, these ones don't protect your eyes from dangerous objects.
These expose us to them.
These expose us to them.

Start Your Engines
Today was the first time I actually went to work on my car and replaced a faulty part.
With a bit of advice from new friends and the interwebs, it was a fairly straightforward process, but it got my hands dirty, I learned a bit and I loved every bit of it.
At first my dad was scolding me for buying a piece of shit car, but when I told him that I like to play with cars and I am doing this myself to learn rather than pay someone else to do it, he changed his attitude.
Most likely because back in his day he himself had to tinker with his car. While it was out of necessity rather than a passion, I think he still enjoyed it and this resparked his interest.
My car is like a girl, it may not perfect, but that's what I love about it.

Man of your word
When you think you got nothing left
A man has his word
It may not be worth much to you,
But it means everything to me.
A man has his word
It may not be worth much to you,
But it means everything to me.
